Every gift makes a difference. No matter how large or small, each gift is important for our success.
Contributions from our donors allow us to pilot new, cutting-edge research projects not traditionally supported by government grants. In turn, the data generated through these gifts is then used to apply for multi-million dollar federal funds, thereby leveraging donor gifts for longer-term funding.
Private philanthropy also supports current research projects in genomics, personalized medicine and Alzheimer’s, in addition to training junior faculty and students. Additionally, endowed funds and planned gifts and bequests are incredibly helpful for our future success.
Your support — in whatever amount — is important and greatly appreciated.
The Franca Sozzani Fund for Preventive Genomics is a new fund established by acclaimed director and photographer Francesco Carrozzini in honor of his mother, the late Franca Sozzani, who was Editor in Chief of Italian Vogue for 28 years and a creative, pioneering woman, who revolutionized the fashion world and challenged us to do the same in medicine. Through this fund we are transforming the everyday practice of medicine through the power of genomics by leveraging scientific evidence and social advocacy. Learn more and contribute.
